After more than three years of development and testing, Keg King is now seeking expressions of interest from Australian Craft Breweries that would like to trial our innovative, reliable, new 20L P.E.T. kegs.

The kegs come in A-type, D-type variety and have the option of an internal bag to use with compressed air dispense systems.

With a massive step forward in safety and brewery convenience, the Keg King 20L P.E.T. kegs are like no other P.E.T. keg on the market.

Keg King CEO, Will Fiala discussed achieving a project goal in developing and delivering the new kegs, explaining, “From a safety perspective, Keg King has taken every measure to ensure these kegs provide users with the highest level of safety, quality and reliability.”

“From the outset, our goal was to be able to control the manufacture and quality testing processes here in Australia, bringing a design to life that would provide users with convenience, cost efficiency and a higher level of safety than ever before on any other P.E.T. keg currently available in the world.”

“The kegs needed to be able to withstand extreme pressure tolerances and be made to easily integrate into brewery and beverage manufacturing packaging systems.”

“After multiple years of planning, designing and testing we now have a manufacturing facility that can produce 108 kegs an hour to deliver packaging solutions that make draft beverage transport even easier and more affordable.”

“Moreover, Every Keg King 20L keg is manufactured in Australia and individually pressure tested to 5 Bar. Each keg is also fitted with a revolutionary new Pressure Relief Valve built into the neck of the keg, allowing for safe usage, transport and storage. This PRV remains operational at all times unlike other kegs which have a PRV as part of the coupling.”

“These light-proof, oxygen-barrier kegs come palletised, sanitised, purged of oxygen and pressurised with nitrogen. Each keg is ready to fill and can be coupled to any

A-type or D-type dispense system without the need for specialised couplers or attachments.”

“We have now reached the point in our process where we are ready for the brewing and beverage manufacturing industry to try these kegs for themselves and experience a higher level of reliability and performance in P.E.T. draft beverage packaging.”
