Surrounded by grape vines and sprawling vineyards in the heart of Hunter Valley Wine Country, IronBark Hill Brewhouse is situated on the grounds of Peter Drayton Wines. Our unique venue is also home to a restaurant, function centre, wedding chapel and boutique accommodation. Visit us and discover our Brewhouse!

The first beers were brewed in our custom built German brewing system in 2016, and our Brewhouse opened to the public in 2017. Every day you will find 8 beers and 4 ciders pouring fresh on tap, ranging from Pale Ales and Lagers to Stouts and Porters. A number of our beers and ciders are also available in cans.

Our Brewhouse is also home to The Brewhouse Kitchen, where you can enjoy delicious gourmet pizzas from our Italian outdoor pizza oven, as well as a range of tempting pastas, salads, wings and more!
