Local Brewing Co new venue

Get ready to raise a glass to sustainability and community, because Local Brewing Co’s new home has just launched to the public! Tucked away in a quiet Clifton Hill street, this converted warehouse features a rotating 12 tap list of delicious craft beers, hand-picked local wines and a 13m colourful hand painted mural showcasing the brewery’s commitment to giving back through every beer purchased and other sustainability projects such as its popular surplus fruit beer.

From the moment you step through the doors, you’ll be greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere that caters to all; including your furry dog friends.

The venue has been designed to minimise its environmental impact at every stage, from sourcing local ingredients, using renewable energy on the roof and giving old pub tables a new lease of life. The team behind brewpub is dedicated to creating a space that is as socially and sustainably responsible as it is enjoyable.

“We believe that great beer should be enjoyed in a way that benefits the planet and the people who live on it,” says Patrik Muston, one of the co-founders of the brewery. “That’s why we’ve gone to such great lengths to create a space that’s not only fun and friendly, but also builds awareness on what’s really important to us.”

But the venue isn’t just about beer and sustainability – it’s also about community. The venue will host regular events and gatherings, from trivia nights to a social run club, and will provide a space for local craft beer lovers and large groups to come together and connect.

“We want to be more than just a bar – we want to be a hub for the community,” says Paddy. “We believe that by bringing people together over a great beer and a shared purpose of giving back, we can make something special happen in our own backyard.”

Customers can be even more excited for the months ahead with the taproom to soon be home to new custom brewing equipment that is currently being manufactured and due to be creating fresh and unique beers from July 2023. This will give visitors even more access to the brewing process and a chance to even be involved in deciding upcoming beer releases.

So book a table and get ready to experience the best of craft beer and community at the new Local Brewing Co Taproom in Clifton Hill!

The new venue is located at 3 Hilton St, Clifton Hill, VIC 3068.
