Stone & Wood releases Pilot Batch Wilderness Honey Cream ale

Stone & Wood's Pilot Batch Wilderness Honey Cream ale

Stone & Wood’s Pilot Batch Wilderness Honey Cream ale

Featuring local bush ingredients and raw honey, the Wilderness Honey Cream Ale is the latest Pilot Batch Collaboration from Stone & Wood.

Pilot Batch beers are experimental brews created by Stone & Wood brewers, occasionally in partnership with the local community.

The latest instalment was conceived by artist Jonas Claesson, Flow Hive’s Cedar Anderson and ‘wild chef’, Sarah Glover.

“The beer has native notes of floral honey, smoked wattle seeds, ginger and strawberry gum that work in harmony with a light malt flavour, finishing dry and crisp,” Stone & Wood says.

Coming in at an ABV of 5.3 per cent, the beer also features round lime and pepper berry and is hopped with Galaxy.

It is available in bottleshops and taps in NSW, VIC, QLD, NT and ACT, with the full venue listing to be found here.
