One Drop Brewing Co has announced the release of “Wonderland by Day IPA” (7.4% abv).

This IPA is made using the Clean Fusion technique in collaboration with Drop Project, United Kingdom. It features a hybridised thiol-active yeast that gives it flavours of candied orange peel and yellow starburst.
